There are very few people who don’t feel some kind of nerves before presenting, especially a new presentation to a new group.
Those of you who graduated through our class know that I teach a pretty thorough relaxation process based on sports psychology. And learning how to consciously relax your body and use your thoughts in a productive way is pretty important.
